Children 13 years and older are welcome, and will be charged as adults.
 

CONFIRMATION

In order to confirm and hold your reservation at our lodge, a credit card number with an expiry date is needed. We accept Visa and Mastercard. American Express will attract a 3% surcharge. Upon receipt of your details, we will confirm your reservation. Prior to arrival, your credit card will only be charged in case of a change or cancellation. Please refer to our cancellation/changes policy.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES POLICY

Should you cancel or change all or part of your stay before your scheduled arrival, the following applies:

30 to 15 days before arrival date, 40% of total stay will be charged
14 to 0 days before arrival date, 100% of total stay will be charged
 

Christmas and New Year

We require a minimum 2 night stay. Any cancellations or changes of confirmed reservations for the period of 23 December to 10 January incurs the following charge:

30 to 0 days before arrival date 100% of total stay will be charged

Travel insurance is recommended.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Group Bookings:

Groups reserving 3 suites or more in the lodge will need to make a full and non-refundable payment 30 days prior to arrival date.

Reserving the whole lodge:

Silverpine can be reserved exclusively at any time of the year for $3,000.00 per night. This includes the use of 4 bedrooms and lodge facilities for up to 8 persons. Meals, beverages, telecommunications, and maid service are not included. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required in order to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date at the lodge. Regardless of the reason, no refunds will be made should there be any cancellations or changes 59 days before your arrival date. However, any re-bookings during that period will be taken into account.
Minimum 2 nights stay.
